It's not impossible to activate it if you put Macro Cosmos down from the first turn, or use Dimensional Alchemist at the opening.
However, the activation after that is quite severe, and it can become a burden with a high probability.
Also, it's painful that it's not an effect that goes out of your way to empty GY just for this one card.
